Thieves Take More Than $200 in Change from Arnold Woman's Home, Leave Electronics

A resident on Lakemont Drive in Arnold reported $200-$300 in change missing from her home on July 6, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Electronics and other items of value were overlooked in favor the change, she told officer.

The resident believes the home was accessed using a key under the front doormat, which was still there when she arrived home. She told officer she “hadn’t felt it was important [to report the theft] until speaking with neighbors,” according to the report.
