Tire Slashed on Crosswinds Drive

The Arnold Police Department provided the following information. None of it indicates a conviction or guilty plea.

May 27

Trespassing—Arnold police charged a St. Louis man, 27, with trespassing after he refused to leave an ex-girlfriend’s home on Arnold Tenbrook Road at about 8:15 p.m. Police released the man on a court summons after they booked him at the , at 2101 Jeffco Blvd.

Drug Paraphernalia Possession—An Imperial man, 17, faces drug paraphernalia possession after police responded to a phone call, at about 8:40 p.m., asking to check on the man on Waycross Drive. After charging the man, police released him on a court summons.

Driving While Influenced—An Arnold man, 36, faces charges of driving while influenced after police stopped him near the intersection of Walnut Drive and Maple Drive at about 11:30 p.m. The man refused to take a breath test. Police booked the man and later released him to a sober driver.

Marijuana Possession—Arnold police, responding to phone calls, found a St. Louis woman, 25, unconscious in the courtyard of an Airglades Drive apartment complex at about 10 a.m. Police found marijuana on the woman and learned she was wanted by the St. Louis County Police Department on a warrant. Officers brought her to the Arnold Police Department, charged her and released her on a court summons.

Stolen Cell Phone—Arnold police traveled to at about 1:30 p.m. and met a man who said another man asked to use his cell phone. The man then fled with the cell phone. Police found the suspect, a 25-year-old man from Bryan, TX, in the 500 block of Jeffco Boulevard with the missing phone. Police arrested, charged and released the man on a court summons.

Drug Paraphernalia Possession—Arnold police charged an Arnold man, 24, with drug paraphernalia possession after investigating suspicious person in at 920 Arnold Commons Dr., the location for home improvement store, at about 8 p.m. Police later learned the man was wanted on warrants from the Bridgeton and St. Louis City police departments. After booking the man, Arnold police jailed the man until another police department’s officers arrived to transfer him out of Arnold.

Driving While Influenced—An Arnold man, 48, faces charges of driving while influenced after police found him unconscious in the parking lot at 3600 West Outer Rd., at about 11:30 p.m. The man refused to take a breath test. Police booked the man, learned he was wanted on a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department warrant, then jailed him until a sheriff’s deputy arrive to transfer him to county jail

May 25

Stealing Clothes—Arnold police arrived at , at 1726 Missouri State Rd., where the business owner reported that a woman left the store without paying for $130 in clothing. Police later identified the suspected thief as a 38-year-old Arnold woman.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Driving While Influenced—An Arnold woman, 19, faces charges of driving while influenced and minor in possession of alcohol after Arnold police stopped her for a traffic violation near the intersection of Old Lemay Ferry Road and Longview Drive at about 1 a.m. A breath test said the woman had a blood alcohol level of .112 percent. Officers booked the woman and later released her to a sober driver. Police also charged three Arnold teenagers—two 19-year-old women and an 18-year-old woman—as minors in possession of alcohol.

May 24

Stealing Gas—A employee, at 3611 West Outer Rd., reported a man pumped about $33 of fuel into a Toyota pickup truck and left without paying at 10:40 a.m. Also at about 6:20 p.m., another man never paid for $20 in fuel pumped into a silver Ford SUV with Missouri license plates.

Tresspassing— store security, at 2201 Michigan Ave., reported that a Festus man, 29, who had been told to never return to the store had returned at about 2:20 p.m. Arnold police arrested the man and later released him on a court summons.

Stealing Gas—A U-Gas employee, at 3611 West Outer Rd., reported a man pumped about $33 of fuel into a Toyota pickup truck and left without paying at 10:40 a.m.

Vodka Stolen— store employees, at 3900 Vogel Rd., reported two men stole a $12 bottle of vodka and fled in a white Pontiac G6 car at about 1 a.m.

Protective Custody— employees, at 888 Arnold Commons Dr called Arnold police at about 1:20 a.m. asking them to remove an intoxicated Arnold woman, 51, from the hotel. Police took the woman into custody until she was sober.

May 23

Tire Slashed—A man came into the Arnold Police Department to report someone had slashed his tire’s sidewall while it was parked in front of a Crosswinds Drive apartment overnight.

Cell Phone, Cash Stolen—A man reported his Apple iPhone4 missing after went to retrieve it form his locker, at 1695 Missouri State Rd., after 7:45 p.m. The estimated loss is $600. If the phone was stolen the crime is a felony and punishable by up to seven years in jail according to state law. Also a woman reported $30 missing from her locker. The woman said she placed the cash in the locker between 6:30-8 p.m.

May 22

Driving While Influenced—An Imperial woman, 29, faces charges of driving while influenced after police stopped her at 250 Arnold Crossroads, at about 12:30 a.m. The woman refused to take a breath test. Police booked the woman and later released her to a sober driver

Driving While Influenced—A St. Louis man, 29, also faces charges of driving while influenced after police stopped him near the intersection of Hwy. 141 and Arnold Crossroads Ctr., at about 1 a.m. A breath test said the man had blood alcohol level of .133 percent. Police booked the man and later released him to a sober driver

May 21

Cash Stolen from Unlocked Vehicle— Woman reported $200 missing from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked on Alan Drive overnight.

Driving While Influenced—A St. Louis man, 33, faces charges of driving while influenced after police stopped him at near the intersection of Arnold Tenbrook Road at 1:20 a.m. The man refused to take a breath test. Police booked the man and later released him to a sober driver
