A list of the top 29 locations for pseudoephedrine sales in Missouri in March 2012 includes many Fenton and St. Louis County locations where a prescription is not required to purchase pseudo-ephedrine containing medications. St. Charles and Jefferson counties require a prescription to purchase a pseudoephedrine product.
Arnold passed an ordinance, in November 2011, requiring prescriptions for pseudoephedrine sales in the city.
