White Female Driving Black Mustang Leaves UGas Without Paying

The Arnold Police Department reported the following, which occurred from Feb. 13 through Feb. 19.

The Arnold Police Department and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department provided the following information. None of it indicates a conviction or guilty plea.

Feb. 13

An officer investigated a vehicle accident and took into custody a subject, white male, 27, of Arnold for driving under the influence of narcotics, with a person injured in the accident. The subject was submitted to a blood and urine test, booked and later released.

A victim reported that unknown persons stole the license plates from his vehicle which had been involved in a prior vehicle accident.

Feb. 14

A victim reported that unknown persons drove across her lawn causing damage.

An employee reported that a white female, driving a black mustang with Illinois license plate obtained $41 in fuel and left without paying. The subject, a  white female, 21, of Arnold was located, and was released on summons.

An officer on a traffic stop took into custody subject white female, 29, of Chesterfield, on traffic warrants. The subject booked and released after posting bond.

A white female, 25, of Arnold, was arrested per an outstanding warrant after the Missouri State Highway Patrol transferred custody of her. Following booking, she was released on bond.

A white female, 26, of St. Paul, MO, was arrested for DWI after she drove her vehicle onto a curb and rendered it immobile. She later refused to submit to a breath test. Following booking, she was released to a sober driver.

A victim reported that between Feb. 15 at 1:00 and 8:30 a.m. unknown persons gained access to her vehicle while parked at and stole property valued at approximately $295.

Officers took into custody a white male, 18, of Park Hills, for a Felony Wanted from the Farmington Police Department. The subject was booked and held awaiting conveyance.

Officers responded to a disturbance and took into custody a white male, 27, of Arnold, and white female, 23, of Arnold. The male was wanted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for stealing over $500, and the female was wanted by Arnold Detectives for possession of stolen property. Both subjects were held after booking.

A victim reports that while visiting family an unknown subject shattered the rear window on her 2002 Buick. This occurred while the vehicle was parked on the street in front of the residence. The damage is estimated at $400.

Officers responded to the parking lot in reference to a report of a shoplifter leaving the area. The suspect was stopped nearby and white male, 20, of Arnold was taken into custody. Upon further investigation, it was determined the subject was a suspect in other thefts from the store, and he was held pending contact with the detective bureau.

Store security apprehended a white male, 32, from St Louis. The subject was observed placing counterfeit UPC codes on numerous items. He then purchased the items for a lesser amount. Officers took subject into custody, booked and processed him. Subject posted a bond on the stealing charge and was released from custody on a summons.

At the request of St Louis City PD, officers responded to an attempt to locate a vehicle that was involved in a leaving the scene accident. The vehicle was located and towed at their request. Investigation to continue by St Louis Police Dept.

An Officer responded to the above agency and took into custody a white female, 37,  from Imperial. The subject was wanted out of the APD. After booking she was released on bond.

Feb. 17

A white female, 22, of Imperial was booked after having a blood alcohol content of .204, and released to a sober driver.

Officer on a traffic stop determined that a subject, black male, 34 of St. Louis was driving with a license revoked (11 priors) and wanted by St. Louis City for probation violation. The subject booked and released on Arnold charges.

A white male, 37, of Imperial, was arrested for DWI after he was stopped for a traffic violation. He later refused to submit to a breath test. Following booking, he was released to a sober driver.

A white male, 22, of Arnold, was arrested per an outstanding warrant after being contacted in the area of . Following booking, he was released on bond.

A victim reported that unknown persons stole her 2000 Buick Regal from the commuter parking lot. The victim reported that her vehicle was left at that location with the keys in the vehicle because it broke down.

An officer investigating a sick call in the restroom of WalMart determined that a white male, 27, of Hillsboro, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was issued a summons and released.

An officer on a traffic stop arrested a white male, 32, of Wright City, for DWI. The subject had a blood alcohol content of .024. He was booked and released to a sober driver.

Feb. 18

Officers investigating a report of drug use in a room at the arrested a white male, 32, of Dittmer, after he allowed officers in his room where drug paraphernalia and Marijuana under 35 grams was discovered in the room in plain view.

Officers on a traffic stop arrested a white male, 30, of Imperial, for outstanding City of Arnold warrants and St. Louis County warrants. The subject was booked and held pending bond or court date.

Feb. 19

Store security apprehended a 14-year-old and 15-year-old white female juveniles for shoplifting at . Upon the officer’s arrival, both were released to a parent. The report will be forwarded to the Juvenile Division for disposition of charges.
