Astraway Drive Open to Traffic

Contractors opened Astraway Drive to traffic from Hwy. 141 on Monday, July 16, as planned.

But drivers will continue to see road work for about another few months, as construction crews demolish the intersection of Astraway with Missouri State Road.

The crews need to widen the intersection to install the planned roundabout.

Drivers should expect to see workers on the road for the first few weeks of fall and into the school year, said at the in a May meeting about the project.

Flaggers will organize traffic during the fall, Baker said.
