MoDOT contractors will restripe northbound Interstate 270 lanes between Gravois Road and Interstate 44 during the weekend.

The Missouri Department of Transportation said crews will use the weekend to create four straight lanes along northbound Interstate 270 between Gravois Road and Interstate 44 for Monday’s morning commute.

MoDOT contractors will close the two left northbound lanes on I-270 at 8 p.m. tonight for restriping.

On Saturday, crews will close the two right lanes along northbound I-270 and block access from Gravois Road to northbound I-270 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The closure will ease access and traffic delays, MoDOT said in a news release.
