Medication, Laptop, TV Reported Stolen in Arnold Burglaries

The following information was supplied by the Arnold Police Department for the period ending March 25. Arrests or charges mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.

Monday, March 18

A woman reported that someone stole a purse, credit cards, checkbook and I-Phone from her car while it was parked at the Fox School District campus at 745 Jeffco Blvd.

  • A 22-year-old Corona, CA, man was arrested for unlicensed door-to-door soliciting at Avion Ridge and Richardson Road. After processing, he was held pending a $150 cash bond.
  • Loss prevention officers at Walmart at 2201 Michigan Ave. reported a one man made a fraudulent merchandise return and a second man had taken other items from the store. Two 26-year-old men were arrested. After processing they were released on summonses and one was held on warrants out of Maplewood.

Wednesday, March 20

  • A man told police someone entered his unlocked vehicle on Rockwood Forest Drive and stole the vehicle's title and paperwork, his broken laptop computer and a credit card reader.
  • A 33-year-old Imperial man was arrested at Walmart for stealing $99 in merchandise by making a false return. He was booked and held pending warrants from the St. Louis County, Jefferson County and Franklin County police departments. 
  • A 25-year-old Arnold man was arrested for stealing two 2 packs of razor blades valued at $54 from Walmart. He had been arrested on prior occasions at for stealing from the store and was issued a no trespass notice. The man was booked and later released a summons.
  • A 53-year-old Arnold man was arrested for driving while revoked and other miscellaneous traffic charges after he was stopped for a traffic violation at 3937 Vogel Rd. He also had warrants from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Following booking, he was held pending release to Jefferson County.
  • A 21-year-old Festus woman W/F 21 YOA of Festus was arrested after leaving the scene of an accident at St. Louis Sports Zone at 22 Arnold Park Mall. Following booking, she was released on a summons.

  • A woman reported that someone stole 2 Nintendo video games from her shopping cart after at Goodwill at 3616 Richardson Square Dr. after she bought the items and forgot to remove them from the cart before leaving the business.
  • A man told police that someone had forced entry to his home in the Ozark Mobile Home Park and stole prescription drugs and a laptop computer.

Sunday, March 24

A 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $300 was reported stolen from an apartment in the 1200 block of Airglades Drive.
