Fox and Seckman to See New Football Playoff Format

The Missouri State High School Activities Association unanimously voted for the new playoff system in April 2011.

The district championship starts at the tenth game of the season. A points system based on regular season performance will rank the teams in their districts. After three games, the district champion will advance to the state quarterfinals.

Fox and Seckman are in Class 5, District 1 with Jackson, Poplar Bluff, Rockwood Summit and Vianney.
