Katelyn Evans Signs With Southwest Baptist University

The senior at Seckman High School will run cross country and compete in track.

A senior at Seckman High School who runs cross country and competes in track will continue her athletic career at Southwest Baptist University.

Katelyn Evans is a state qualifier in cross country and has earned district and regional qualification in track, said Brad Duncan, athletic director of Seckman, via email on Tuesday.

We first reported on Evans' decision on Feb. 13, when three other Seckman athletes also signed with colleges. Zach Martin, a senior football player, has since signed with Missouri Valley College.
