Jacob was the son of Thomas and Tracy Siebert of Antonia. Thomas Siebert is a captain with the Rock Community Fire Protection District.

"We're all grieving with the family," he said. "We're embracing each other and Tom. When one of us hurts in the Rock Community, we all hurt."
