Seckman Makes Districts With Win Against Parkway West

Seckman collects their second win of the season on a chilly Senior Night with a score of 34 to 20.

The stands were half empty, but the crowd still managed to make a lot of noise for the Seckman Jaguars Friday night as they battled the Parkway West Longhorns.

Both schools have had a rough season—Seckman hadn’t won a game since August when it defeated Northwest, and Parkway West has left every game this year empty handed.

The night was decidedly upbeat for the home team. Seckman dominated the field and won the game with a final score of 34 to 20.

Patch caught up with Head Coach Jamie Critchlow after the game.

"Collectively, it was senior night and all those kids went out there and laid it on the line. They had a pretty rough go so far. They took advantage of a great opportunity to pick up a win for each other and for the program. So I was really proud of how Tolliver played. All of them. They came together and did a really good job.

Right now it looks like we’ll play Fox next Thursday at Fox. So this will be our second go around and a chance to seek revenge."
