Agreed - there is at least one (maybe 2) extremely unfriendly, almost downright rude staff member at this branch. They don't seem to do a good job scanning things back in when returned. Recently I had to take a staff member to the shelf, get the book off the shelf right in front of her, and watch her scan it in, then had to make sure they erased the overdue fine that WASN'T. And it wasn't the first time.
Also, the dot on the map isn't in the right spot.
