I think the Arnold Police get a kick-back from these guys. They were called (by Arnold Police) when my daughter had an accident on Vogel Road. I told her to call AAA since we had a "Gold" Membership with them. The Police insisted to call K&K. They wouldn't even let her call AAA. So if you have an accident in Arnold, your AAA membership means nothing??? What a Rip-Off this company is!!

My car was stolen on Christmas morning and recovered at 5 am the next day by the Arnold police. The first gentleman I spoke to told us that it would be $115 to pick up my car. As the day went on we found that our car could not be picked up just yet. We kept in contact with them all day. A different guy was now answering our phone calls. This guy was HORRIBLE, confrontational, calling us liars when it came to what the original guy said, telling us he would keep our car another day and make us pay over $300 to pick it up and there was nothing we could do about it. I continued to insist that he reach the original gentleman, which he was never able to do, so he called his owner and he stated it was $260 to get my car. I was at the police station still in arguments with the last guy about the cost, he became irate as he gotten before i hung up on him. He told us that because of my attitude i definitely would not be getting my car today, as he had locked up the shop and left. He also told us he would not cover our broke out window up, because it was supposed to rain, and if ity got ruined "oh well".They only towed my car 3 blocks and had it on the lot for 1 hour tops. the police department they say they towed it from, i believe they drove it, was only 500 feet from their establishment AND THEY CHARGED ME $115 PLUS $30 STORAGE FEE. I had to call the police and have them escort us to get our car, which they did.
