Opened in 2005, this dual purpose building holds the Parks & Recreation Department's administrative offices and itsMore community Recreation Center. The center is behind the Arnold Public Library and is connected by building hallway. The recreation center is a two-story building offering the public—for a membership fee—an indoor walking/jogging track, a lap pool, a children's pool, two basketball courts, a game room (foosball and air hockey), a senior center, a children's day care center and three meeting rooms. The center also offers a free-weight area, weight-lifing machines and numerous cardiovascular machines.

Affiliated with the Mid-East Area Agency on Aging, the Arnold Senior Center is located inside the Arnold RecreationMore Center. The establishment offers seniors hot, healthy meals and delivers meals to homebound seniors who are eligible for this service. At the center, seniors can enjoy a variety of different recreational, informative and health programs. Other benefits include staff assistance and information services and telephone reassurance. Meals and services are free, but the center welcomes contributions and volunteer assistance.
