Fox Senior High School is part of the Fox C-6 School District and has an enrollment of about 1,900 students. The CityMore of Arnold is the largest city in Jefferson County. The high school is located on an enormous campus which also contains a district middle school, elementary school and the district's administrative offices.

In 2010, the school district was designated as one of 75 State Schools of Character nationwide by the Character Education Partnership.  The partnership is a non-profit based in Washington, DC dedicated to character education in U.S. schools. More than 90 percent of students graduate, according to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. About 71 percent of students enter a 2-year college or 4-year university program, the department said.
