Arnold Library Branch Preps for End of 'Battle of the Books'
Mark Twain Book Club's Battle of the Books aims to get Arnold kids reading.
Parents still have a few weeks for their children to participate in the Mark Twain Nominee Battle of the Books event on Feb. 12. Children can join the Mark Twain Book Club at any time. But this season's Battle, which is a trivia night, will focus on three Mark Twain award winners the group will discuss in February. The Mark Twain Book Club at the Arnold Branch of the Jefferson County Library helps parents encourage their children to read more often. The club has been meeting at the library on the second Saturday of each month since October; the final meeting of the season is Jan. 8.
