Two Barnhart Girls Injured in Saturday Car Crash

The accident was handled by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Seven people, including two Barnhart girls, sustained moderate injuries and a trip to St. Anthony's Medical Center following a two-car crash at about 10:25 p.m. Saturday, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). According to the MSHP, Melanie L. Cantrell, 35, of Fenton, was driving her 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant eastbound on Highway 30 when she changed lanes as she approached Delores Drive and her vehicle began to skid, striking a 2007 Dodge Ram driven by Rebecca Lynn-Peck, 56, of Fenton. Arnold Car Crash Sends 3 to Hospital

The two-car accident caused moderate injuries to one driver. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

A car crash on Highway 61/67 just north of Tall Oaks Road in Arnold sent three to the hospital on Friday, causing moderate injuries to one driver. Page A. Tortell, of Barnhart, was at a stop in a 2005 Dodge Neon in the left lane on Highway 61/67, attempting to make a left turn, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Judy A. Eastabrook, of Dittmer, who was driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant, failed to notice the car and struck it from behind. Eastabrook, 60, Tortell, 16, and her 10-year-old passenger Hannah A. Griffith were transported to St. Anthony's Medial Center by the Rock Township Ambulance District, the highway patrol stated. 3-Car Crash Sends Two Imperial Woman to Hospital

The accident occurred at Imperial Main Street and Highway 61 on Thursday.

A three-car crash in Imperial sent two drivers to the hospital, one with injuries described as moderate. The accident occurred around 11:52 a.m. Thursday when Audrey Sohn, 80, of Imperial, who travelling eastbound on Highway 61 at Imperial Main Street, turned her 2008 Ford Focus into the path of a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo driven by Sierra Evans, 24, also of Imperial, according to a crash report by the Missouri state Highway Patrol (MSHP). The force of the crash sent Evans' vehicle into a 2011 Ford Focus driven by Clarice Kroeck, 73, of Arnold. Sohn's vehicle then struck Kroeck's vehicle, according to the MSHP report. Arnold Man Seriously Injured When His Truck Overturns Following Thursday Crash

Three vehicles were involved in the Thursday evening crash on Interstate 55.

An Arnold man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries when his pickup truck overturned Thursday evening following a car crash on Interstate 55, north of Meramec Bottom Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). According to an MSHP crash report, Matthew N. Dedert was driving a 2005 Dodge Ram truck southbound on I-55 about 7:15 p.m. Thursday when he attempted to change lanes, pulling into the path of a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by James E. Manzo, of Arnold. The rear passenger side of the truck struck the front driver's side of the Grand Prix, causing the truck to overturn, coming to rest on its right side, according to the MSHP. Arnold Woman Sent to Hospital Following Car Crash

Her vehicle was struck from behind while she was waiting to make a turn from the West Outer Road onto El Lago Drive.

An Arnold woman was sent to the hospital after her car was hit from behind in a crash around 7 p.m. on Wednesday on the West Outer Road at El Lago Drive in Imperial, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). Catherine L. Wright, 55, of Arnold, was stopped in the northbound lane of West Outer Road, waiting to make a left turn onto El Lago Drive when her 1989 Chevrolet Silverado was struck from behind by a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Zachary D. Holloway, 18, of Imperial, the MSHP report stated. Wright sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Jefferson County by a Rock Township ambulance. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP report.

Two Children, Two Adults Injured in Crash on Old Hwy 21

Heaven Kennedy, 20, of Arnold, was uninjured following a crash at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 5 at Old Highway 21 and the West Outer Road, west of Arnold, according to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). Kennedy was driving a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier eastbound and attempted to make a left turn, travelling into the path of a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Karen Tincknell, 27, of St. Louis, according to the MSHP report. Kennedy was reportedly uninjured, but a passenger in her vehicle, Deven Parker, 17, of Arnold, received minor injuries, according to the MSHP report. Arnold Man Seriously Injured in Car Crash on Sunday

The crash happened after a driver failed to negotiate a curve on Old Highway 21, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

An Arnold man was seriously injured Sunday in a one-car crash on Old Highway 21 at Tower Road in Jefferson County. Anthony M. Coffer, 24, was driving his 1999 Toyota Solara southbound on Old Highway 21 when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a rock bluff and two trees, ejecting Coffer from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the crash report. Coffer sustained serious injuries and was transported from the scene by helicopter.

UPDATED: Two Dead in Car Accident in Jefferson County

A 17-year-old driver who ran a red light at high speeds crashed against another vehicle, killing two.

Updated at 4:30 with more information about the victims Two people are dead following a multi-vehicle accident on highway 61 at I-55 in Festus, FOX2 News reports.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the accident occurred near the southbound lanes of Highway 61 at I-55, after a 17-year-old ran a red light at high speeds and crashed with another vehicle, killing the couple inside that vehicle, according to FOX2. The accident caused road closures for at least 4 hours, FOX2 reports.
