What Business Can Use the Old Social Security Office?

About 6,200 square feet of office space is available off north Jeffco Boulevard.

It costs about $1.1 million to buy the former Social Security office buildiing at 2160 Tenbrook Plaza. The lease asking price is $15 per square foot says marketing material from Stephen F. Bahn Commercial Real Estate Services, the agent for the 6,230 square foot property. The office building has a separate 50-car parking lot, is on 1.7 acres of land and is zoned for retail, medical or office businesses. The former government building is part of the Tenbrook Plaza retail center anchored by Walgreens pharmacy and contains the Salvation Army store. The building is about 1 mile from Interstate 55 and various fast-food franchises such as McDonald's, Hotshotz, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks coffee. Information: 314-849-5858 or 314-503-7601.

What Business Should Go at 1510 Jeffco Blvd?

It's hard to see this week's available real estate location because it's located behind a gas station.

This week's available commercial real estate space is a little difficult to find on Jeffco Boulevard. There is 1,850 square feet of office or retail space available at 1510 Jeffco Blvd., for $9 per square foot says the sign in the window. There is no information whether the $16,650 rent is per month or for the year. The space is part of a strip mall with an Ace Hardware store anchoring the mall and that can be prominently seen from Jeffco Boulevard. The available space for lease, however, is a little difficult to find because it is located behind a Phillips 66 gas station. What Business Should Go Next to 1356 Jeffco Boulevard?

There's vacant space next to bed and bedroom retailer STL Beds on Jeffco.

At one point, Arnold Jeffco Boulevard was a prime location for retailers. Then came the highways, the shopping malls and a faster more convenient lifestyle. Businesses needed retail space that is easily seen and acessed by drivers moving at 65 mph. Eventually businesses moved from Jeffco Boulevard and left some low cost commercial retail real estate. So what would be a good business to pleace on 1356 Jeffco Blvd.? STL Beds, a bed and bedroom furniture seller, is the next door neighbor. Also there are two tax advisors and a tee-shirt logo maker nearby.  Arnold will need to find a business that will draw traffic a little further away from Interstate 55.

What Business Should Go Into 233 Arnold Crossroads Center?

Cici's Pizza is actually sandwiched by two empty real estate spaces.

A few weeks ago ArnoldPatch said that there is a vacant commercial business real estate space at 231 Arnold Crossroads Center. There is another vacant space at 233 Arnold Crossroads Center. Cici's Pizza is located between two vacant business spaces. A new sports bar and grill will open at Arnold Crossroads Center, near the intersection of Hwy. 141 and north Jeffco Boulevard, in the near future. So what type of business should go into the "other" vacant space? The business would have a large corner location with large panoramic windows on two walls. Nearby are fast food restaurants China King, Panda Express, Fazoli's, Arby's, Wendy's, and Steak n' Shake. A sit-down Italian restaurant, Terrazza Grill, the Drury Inn hotel, the Pear Tree Inn …

What Business Should Go Into 231 Arnold Crossroads Center?

There are plenty of fast food restaurants, and a health club, already located at Arnold Crossroads Center.

There are a lot of commercial real estate spaces available at Arnold Crossroads Center, near the intersection of Hwy. 141 and north Jeffco Boulevard. Next to fast food restaurants China King and Cici's Pizza, there is a small vacant business space at 231 Arnold Crossroads Ctr. Also nearby are the Drury Inn hotel, the Pear Tree Inn hotel, 24 Hour Fitness health club, and restaurants that include a Starbucks coffee shop, Panda Express, Fazoli's, Arby's, Wendy's, Steak n' Shake, and Terrazza Grill. Within the last few weeks, ArnoldPatch, has listed retail space available at the former Kmart building and Tilted Kilt restaurant and sports bar.

What Business Should Go at 3924 Jeffco Blvd?

About 1,100 square feet of office space located on Arnold's south border.

Time to pay attention all of Arnold, especially office space located near the city's south side. There's about 1,100 square feet of office space at 3924 Jeffco Blvd. The question is what would be a good business to place among the Cafe Arnold restaurant, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, K Nails salon, New China Restaurant, and BP gas station.  Jeffco Boulevard is a busy street in that section of town. And everyone will probably be happy to see another sucessful business in Arnold.
