The Imperial man faces charges including driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
An Imperial man faces his fourth DWI charge after a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer found the man's crashed car on the side of Old Antonia Road. Scott Alan Draper, 41, of the 2100 block of Devonshire Drive, was charged on April 22 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest. The charges stem from an incident around 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 20. Police arrived to Old Antonia Road for a vehicle accident. The driver wasn't present, so an officer ran a check on the vehicle to identify the owner. The car belonged to Draper, who lived near the accident, according to a court document. An Arnold man faces a second-degree domestic assault charge after police said he struck his girlfriend multiple times at their home. Jefferson County Sheriff's Department officers say that Randall McNail Jr., 33, of the 1400 block of Brookshire Drive, attacked a victim with whom he was intimately involved on April 8, according to a court document. The victim stated that McNail "struck her multiple times, bit her and restricted her airway by wrapping his hands around her throat and squeezing," noted a Jefferson County officer in the court document. Kevin Kellermann faces multiple charges related to a bizarre set of events in January.
An Arnold man faces multiple charges stemming from an incident where police say he impersonated a law enforcement officer. Kevin Kellermann, 48, of the 2200 block of Boeing Road, faces charges of false impersonation, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, and careless and imprudent driving. The charges were filed on April 16. The incident dates back to Jan. 27. Jefferson County Sheriff's Department police say Kellermann visited a House Springs home and identified himself as a "detective investigator," according to a court document. Tuesday, April 16 Wednesday, April 17 Employees at Kohl's at 2150 Michigan Ave. detained a 20-year-old St. Louis City woman after they observed her conceal jewelry valued at $60 and exit the store. She was taken to the police station where she was booked and released on a summons. An Imperial woman has been in and out of the hospital during the past few months, and some of her things are now missing. That's according to a Jefferson County Sheriff's Department report. The woman, who lives on Lakewood Landing, told police that her semiautomatic handgun and some of her jewelry were taken from her nightstand. The thefts occurred sometime between Jan. 11 and April 11, she said. A friend recently moved into the home to help take care of the Imperial woman, police said, but she doesn't suspect her friend as the thief.
