The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man complained about his burger March 3 at Hardees at 545 Gravois Rd., and was provided with a second hamburger, but he said it was the same "crappy thing." He was still upset when he left the restaurant and slammed the door closed, breaking the glass in the door. He then threw his soda, which was in a plastic cup, at the building and it broke the window next to the door. He said he knew he overreacted and waited for the police to arrive. He was issued a summons. A man keyed and kicked a vehicle March 4 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., because he said the vehicle was parked too close to his. He was arrested. A woman concealed …

The thief was one of two men who reportedly stole 25 to 50 bags of synthetic incense from the store, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
The following was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. A customer at a store Jan. 26 on Old Highway 141 in Fenton, knocked the hat and shoes off of a man who was fleeing the store after reportedly stealing 25 to 50 bags of synthetic incense, according to a report from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. A clerk at the store told a sheriff's deputy she was working when two men entered the store and distracted her by breaking a bottle. She said while she was cleaning up the broken glass, one of the two men grabbed a plastic bag from behind the counter that contained the synthetic incense, which was valued at between $1,075 and $2,150. Her 9-year-old son was found abandoned at the Stratford Inn Monday morning and police issued a missing person alert. She later returned to the motel, telling officers she had "gone out for a few drinks."

Bradley W. Sutton allegedly entered a Fenton home where he was confronted by the homeowner. He then fled the scene and purportedly broke into a nearby home and stole jewelry.
A 20-year-old Imperial man is facing charges in connection with two home burglaries in Fenton. Bradley W. Sutton, of the 3500 block Kreienheder Dr., has been charged with first- and second- degree burglary by the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Bond has been set at $75,000 cash only. On Jan. 15, Sutton entered an occupied home through an unlocked door in the 1100 block of Konert Valley Dr., according to court documents. After being confronted by the homeowner, he fled the scene. Sutton then entered a second home on the street by breaking out a back window, the documents state. Sonic fans now will have to drive out to Fenton in Gravois Bluffs to seek out their favorite foods and the restaurant's iconic carhop service.
If you were hoping to indulge in a curbside coney dog and a cherry Coke from the Sonic Drive-in in Arnold, you've missed your chance. The Richardson Road location closed in late December. According to the company's website, the closest Sonic to Arnold is now in Fenton's Gravois Bluffs. The next closest Sonic is in Kirkwood. A man wielding a machete forced his way into a Fenton home on Wednesday demanding to know who stole his money and drugs, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. The incident happened on Cove Drive. A man told police that he was eating dinner when there was a knock on the door. He went to answer the door and another man, wielding a machete, forced his way inside. The man was able to escape from the home without being injured and called 911. A woman who was inside the home said the intruder then demanded information from her as to who had stolen his money and drugs. When she failed to answer, he dragged her out of the home, threatening to kill her, and at one point held the tip of the machete to her side as he steered her …

One moviegoer punched another in the face Nov. 12 at the Great Escape Theater, 754 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., for talking too much during the movie. An investigation is ongoing. A man pushed a shopping cart containing a laptop computer out of the store Nov. 13 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., without paying for it. He was arrested. A man concealed a hunting knife Nov. 14 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. and left the store without paying for it. He was arrested. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department will use the checkpoints increase opportunities to apprehend intoxicated or impaired drivers who may otherwise escape detection.
Sheriff Oliver “Glenn” Boyer advises in a news release that the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint Nov. 23 in the Fenton area. Sobriety checkpoints increase the opportunity for the apprehension of intoxicated and impaired drivers that would normally escape detection unless they were observed committing a violation or in a traffic crash. An important issue for sure. Question: Aren't realtors and/or sellers legally required to divulge if a home has been used in meth production? I thought a law addressing that had been passed a few years ago. Second, I thought there were ways of truly cleaning a structure of the remains of meth.
