The following incidents were reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Parkton Way, Barnhart Four Busch Light beer bottles, three Bud Light beer bottles, two Bud Light beer cans, a class ring, two bracelets, a necklace, a pocket watch, a clock radio, a radio/CD player and an HP Photosmart printer were stolen May 6 from a home on Parkton Way in Barnhart. The value of the property was set at $800. All of the items except the jewelry were located under the back porch of the home in white plastic bags. Entry to the home was made by breaking a rear basement window. The sheriff's department has a suspect in the thefts, who denied taking the items. The incident, which was handled by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, occurred in Imperial.
An Imperial man told police his mother stole and sold parts from his 1991 white Dodge Ram pickup truck sometime between last October and this April while it was parked at her house on Meadow Drive in Imperial. That's according to a report from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. The truck, valued at $1,200, now is missing. A sheriff's deputy talked with the mother who said she sold the hood and two doors from the truck, but said she did not remove it from her property, nor did she allow anyone else to remove it. The truck now is listed as stolen.

Folks in Imperial learned this lesson the hard way.
The following information was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Windmill Estates Drive, Imperial A motorcycle, lottery tickets, electronics and other items were stolen from unlocked vehicles in an open garage sometime between 2-3 a.m. Apr. 26 at a home on Windmill Estates Drive, Imperial. Missing were a blue and white boys motorcycle, battery powered grease gun, miscellaneous lottery tickets, Apple MP3 player, Apex airflow computer, Apex fuel control computer, Sony car stereo, pair of Beats headphones, pair of Apple headphones and iPhone case. The following information was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Windsor Crossing Road, Imperial Two men stole a 30-can case of Bud Light that held 29 cans March 14 from a open garage at a home on Windsor Crossing Road, Imperial. The homeowner told a sheriff's deputy he was at home at about 5:30 p.m. when he heard noises in the garage. When he went to investigate he observed two men wearing jeans and hooded sweatshirts with the hoods over their heads removing the 30-can pack of Bud Light from the refrigerator. A burglar who forced entry into a home through a rear door Nov. 6 on Valley Oak Drive, Imperial, got away with an estimated $10,300 worth of gold jewelry and watches, according to a report from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Missing were a gold charm/bar with a gold "rope" necklace and "24" etched on the bar, eight watches (one white, one rolled gold, and one porcelain. No descriptions on the other watches), and a gold pinkie ring with the initials DR on top of the ring. A sheriff's deputy's report indicated the victim returned home from work and noticed the glass on a rear French door was broken and his bedroom in disarray. Romaine Creek Road, Fenton A motorcyclist, apparently fleeing police, crashed Sept. 18 on Romaine Creek Road near Crimson Oaks Drive, in Fenton. The deputy who was attempting a traffic stop contacted EMS when he discovered the motorcycle, a 2003 Honda CBR, and the motorcyclist laying on the road following a crash. The deputy also located a stolen handgun, a meth lab and another controlled substance. The motorcycle had been stolen. The incident began when a deputy attempted to stop the motorcyclist after he failed to use a turn signal when he made a turn from Romaine Creek Road onto Green Creek Drive. The Arnold Police Department and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department provided the following information. None of it indicates a conviction or guilty plea. Feb. 4 Shoplifting— Kohl’s Department Store security, at 2150 Michigan Ave., detained an Imperial woman, 54, for stealing about $148 in merchandise at about 7:30 p.m. Arnold police charged the woman with stealing and released her on a citation. Firearms Possession While Intoxicated— Arnold police, investigating a wreck near the intersection of Richardson Road and Robinson Drive at 8:46 p.m., charged an Imperial man, 40, with driving while influenced. Nov. 7 $1,425 in Tires Stolen — An Jeffco Boulevard business owner reported 38 tires missing from racks chained to their racks in front of his building. The owner never reported the missing items in the past and decided to lock the items after the first theft. The 38 tires are worth about $1,425, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy reported. Nov. 3 Illegal Use of a Credit Card — Sheriff’s investigators travelled to Big Bill Road to meet the victim of a credit card theft. The victim said someone purchased a video game system and four video games worth a total of $320 at Village Plaza in Arnold.
