I agree with you...not a perfect world...far far from it...and everyones perception of "perfect" is different....I give Obamas team credit....a great article appeared in the New Yorker...that supports your arguement...their strategic plan was.....they couldnt run on their record so they would vilify Romney to make him appear to be out of touch with real americans.....80% of their ads focused on that aspect....by the way...by design 85% were negative...and 80% of those made romney out to be a rich white guy who got to his success on the backs of others.......it is amazing to me....America is thought and perceived to be the land of opportunity...and most of us are driven to succeed....however, obamas strategists turned that to be a bad thing and a dispicable characteristic of romney...to the point he doesnt care about the common man.....history will show what a mistake was made.....

Replyto mike s....I agree with you.....however...if that being the case....in a rational thought world....how did any caucasians vote for obama......my point is.....people do vote along racial lines....in general...but because of the culture of this country .....caucasians, in general, are much more diverse in their thinking.....and vote for who they think is a better candidate....than along a racial line

you need to reread your comments...who is being ridiculous......at least obama cant blame it on bush anymore (not busch).....but you have to give obama credit...they vilified romney and took the focus off the economy

as a reply to ashley......dont forget..we had a democratic president a democratic congress and a democratic senate...and what got done to solve the problems..nothing....reagan put the country back on track after only 4 years...bill clinton continued that prosperity and in fact, broaded it......obama ...was a terrible president and he had all the democrats and our institutions on his side

it was a 75% to 25% split....among mormons...by the way....unemployment among blacs is over 16% but they all fell in lock step.....my only point is.....they voted as a block regardless of issues.......

Replythis is so unbelievable...two things...one it shows the republicans are way out of step...not to be able to beat a president who has the country in the worst shape since the depression (at least he cant blame bush anymore)...two...it shows who is really racist in this country......blacks...they voted 98% for obama.....if it would have been a white or hispanic or female president...romeny would have won in a landslide

just to keep it going...what is happening now....14,000 dow....but still the debt goes up...unemployment went up touching 8% again....personally...I think it is all smoke and mirrors////obama thinks he has a mandate....I just cant figure it out...no kidding...I think romeny would have been a very good president....but...he just didnt have it....not the charisma and the democrats vilified him...essentially they did to romney what the republicans did to kerry...swift boated him
