Cazadores Mexican Restaurant in Arnold Commons Closed

The owners of the property have filed a lawsuit against the business for non-payment of rent.

Cazadores Mexican Restaurant at 893 Arnold Commons Dr. is closed.

However, the only notice you'll see of the closure is a bright yellow 8 1/2 by 11-inch sheet of paper on the front door and a notice from the Jefferson County posted on a window.

The restaurant's doors have been shuttered because of owners of the Arnold Commons development, THF Realty, have filed a petition against it for non-payment of rent.

The Jefferson County Circuit Court has approved a judgment for THF Reality in the amount of slightly more than $40,000, which includes a levy and seizure of the property and its contents. See attached photo.

David Forth, an attorney representing THF, told Patch, "They (the owners of Cazadores) were nice people, and we hated to do this, but we have to have paying tenants."
